The sheet only has a hint of a couple light dirt marks. Its hard to make it show on the camera! They look like marks a sheet may get from grazing a garage floor. I'm 99% sure that can be washed right out. I chose not to wash because this sheet is in great shape aside from the one flaw. Never owned. * My work environment is immaculately clean. There are no pets in my work area nor anything that can damage the item you purchased. I will never ship anything damaged, dirty or with foreign smells without mentioning it in that particular listing with a discount. The bed shown in some photo's is used as a model only.
