Description

This is one out of four Buddhas in the set. He is marked HAPPY BUDDHA. He is different from the other three that stand on square bases, but this one stands on two feet and not on a base. It looks like it was made of iron wood aka iron stone or soapstone and hand carved. It is somewhat smooth and weighty at just over 10 ounces. It looks like the arms may have been broken either in the making or after, I am not sure, but the price is reflective of the flaw. The 3 other Buddhas in this set are Laughing Buddha Rich Buddha and the Thinking Buddha.
